Rain Veideman säras lõpuhetkedel ja Bayreuth sai napi võidu

Bayreuth kindlustas tähtsa võidu just viimasel veerandajal, mis võideti 32:24. Veideman tõusis just siis põhitegelaseks, visates viimase viie minutiga seitse punkti, viies kaks minutit enne mängu lõppu 2+1 rünnakuga meeskonna üle pika aja ka 79:76 eduseisu.

Algviisikus alustanud Veideman kogus lõpuks 32 minutiga 9 punkti (kahepunktivisked 2/4, kolmepunktivisked1/3, vabavisked 2/3), 3 lauapalli, 3 vaheltlõiget ja andis 2 korvisöötu.

Võitjate tulemuslikum oli 30 minutit mänginud Danny Gibson, kes tõi 23 punkti. Kaotajate parim oli 16 silma kogunud Koko Archibong.

BBC Bayreuth jääb 9 võidu ja 14 kaotusega viimasest play-off kohast kolme võidu kaugusele. LTi Giessen 46ers langeks hetkeseisuga madalamasse liigasse, sest eelviimasena on neil kogutud 7 võitu ja 16 kaotust.
