EJLi noortekonverentsil tutvustati noortevuti filosoofiat
eesti_jalgpallikoondis_newEesti Jalgpalli Liidu noortekonverentsil tutvustasid alaliidu president Aivar Pohlak ja noortetöö juhi assistent Lars Hopp Eesti noortejalgpalli filosoofiat. 

Pohlaku sõnul tuleb tulevikku silmas pidades võtta suund sellele, et Eesti koondislane oleks tugev nagu skandinaavlane, osav nagu slaavlane ja tark nagu eestlane. Selleks tuleb aga kõigil noortetreeneritel hakata ühise eesmärgi nimel mõtlema ja tegutsema.

Kui Pohlak keskendus filosoofia ideelisele poolele, siis Hopp sportlikule ja sellele, kuidas klubid ise saavad mõttelaadi kujundamises kaasa lüüa.

Jaanuaris EJLis tööle asunud ekskoondislane Teet Allas tutvustas kooliprojekte, suvise U-19 finaalturniiri korraldamise eest vastutav Anne Rei võimalusi, kuidas klubid saavad oma panuse anda ja noorteosakonna spetsialist Juss Tamming EJLi uut registreerimise ja informatsiooni süsteemi.
